Patients: Patient leaflets

We have used the Department of Health Toolkit for Producing Patient Information. This gives guidelines on producing good quality information to meets the needs of patients and the public, in addition to our own needs. A Patient Information Review Group oversees our production of leaflets and ensures complaince with the policy.

Please note: These leaflets should not be read in isolation but used in conjunction with any consultation by your care practitioner (e.g. consultant, doctor, nurse, physiotherapist).
