Bookings - The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS FT
This service allows you to book appointments for various services the hospital provides. The links below will take you to a booking page where you are required to select a date and time for your appointment. You will then need to enter your name and email address to secure the booking. Once the booking has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to change or cancel the appointment details of how to do this can be found in the confirmation email. Phlebotomy (Blood tests)
- We no longer offer a walk in service for non-urgent blood tests requested by their GP. If a doctor from Hillingdon or Mount Vernon Hospitals has asked you to have a blood test before your next appointment you must book an appointment here.
- Please note, this does not apply to patients sent directly from an outpatient clinic on the same day or those requiring specialised tests that need to be processed on the same day. These patients will be seen without the need to book.
- Please remember to bring a printed copy of the request form given to you by the doctor as without this you will not be seen.
- Please remember to fast if instructed to do so, water is permitted.
- Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. If social distancing is compromised we may have to ask you to wait outside.
- Children between the ages of 10-16 years must only be booked for blood tests at Hillingdon Hospital. For children under 10 years please contact your GP for advice.
