Improving planned care & reducing waiting times in NWL: Your views

This spring, NHS North West London wants to talk to residents, health and care professionals, and community groups on how it can improve planned care for all. Planned care refers to non-emergency health care, such as hospital outpatient appointments or planned surgery.

The aim is to improve waiting times, fair access to healthcare and peoples’ experience of planned care across north west London. The NHS wants to capture the views of residents which will help shape improvements to planned care in our part of London.

You can get involved by:

  1. Reading a summary of the challenges.
  2. Completing a short survey (which takes 5 -10 minutes).
  3. Sending written views to FREEPOST, Healthier North West London.
  4. Joining a virtual Residents’ Forum on 5 March 2025, 6 - 7.30pm. Register here.

More engagement opportunities will be shared on www.nwlondonicb.nhs.uk/plannedcare during February and March 2025.
