Attending your appointment
If you have been asked to attend our Outpatients Department, you will be seen on the day, without staying over night in hospital.
Where is your appointment?
Your appointment may be virtual (over a computer or smartphone), or at either of our hospitals (Hillingdon Hospital or Mount Vernon Hospital). Please check your appointment letter to see where and how you are expected to attend your appointment.
Video consultations with DrDoctor
DrDoctor is a secure NHS video call service for patients with pre-arranged appointment times only.
You can use DrDoctor on a computer or from a smartphone to access your virtual appointment.
