Advice and support
We make every effort to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care. This includes supporting patients, carers and relatives of patients to the best of our abilities, providing advice and help through a dedicated department called the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).

Give feedback on care
You can feedback about care in our hospitals by contacting our PALS: Patient Advice and Liaison Service. You can also feedback directly to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
