When you find out you are pregnant, you can choose where you want to receive your maternity care during pregnancy, birth and beyond; and you can change your mind at any stage.

We provide maternity support for over 4,000 mothers and babies each year, providing all aspects of obstetric and midwifery care. If you are having your baby with us, you have the option of having your baby in our Labour Ward (Hillingdon Hospital), alongside our Midwifery-Led Unit or a homebirth.
