This year, on International Day of Happiness, we launched Hillingdon Hearts, a new online recognition scheme allowing our staff to give colleagues a simple token of gratitude or appreciation, in order to spread the happiness.

The award is for programmes which deliver the preceptorship framework to newly qualified nurses, which provides structured support and guidance for them, and which includes overseas nurses and apprentice nurses.
