Estates strategy sets out bold vision for the future
We have published our new Estates Strategy, which sets out the Trust’s plans to build a brand new state-of-the-art hospital for the residents of Hillingdon, and beyond, as well as optimising the existing estates.
In delivering the Estates Strategy, the Trust will continue to work closely with partners to ensure that proposals for the future hospital build meet the needs of the wider health and care system. The vision is to create a fit for purpose and flexible digitally enhanced estate that enables the delivery of high quality care, whilst maximising efficiency, productivity and environmental sustainability.
The strategy supports the Trust’s overall vision, as part of Hillingdon Health and Care Partnership (HHCP), to measurably improve health and wellbeing outcomes for the people in Hillingdon, ensuring that sustainable health and social care services are built around local needs.
