New website launched
We are excited to announce the launch of our new public website at thh.nhs.uk.
A new design makes content easier to find, with patient support, hospital redevelopment, and news packed full of the latest information. Details about all of our services is still there, but can now also be printed out into a leaflet form at the click of a button. We added more accessiblity tools to change the contrast, links to AccessAble access guides for getting around the hospitals, and each page can now be translated into 100 different languages.

We are delighted to launch our new website for patients, visitors and public to find out all about our services, with accessibility at the heart of the design.
In collaboration with VerseOne, we have produced a new design to give each website visitor the best experience when browsing information about the Trust, our services and news and to help with accessing your care and attend appointments.
It’s all been rearranged so it's easier to navigate, and behind the scenes the website is built on a powerful content management system built by VerseOne.
Getting to know the new website
1) Accessibility guidelines
The website adheres to improved accessibility standards, mostly compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard. This means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser functionality
- zoom in up to 300 per cent without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- interact with most of the website using a screen reader
2) Our range of services
The range of services and information about the departments in our hospitals is still there, but is now easier to find and navigate. Users can clearly find out where to go for an appointment, whether in person or online, with detailed access guides and maps to get around our hospitals.
3) Patient support
Find out all the ways we can help you in our 'Advice and support' section. There you can find out how to contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), and give us feedback to help us to support you.
4) Redevelopment
All the latest news about the redevelopment of Hillingdon Hospital is now integrated into the website, including the latest information about the planning application for a new hospital, site plans and events to find out more.
5) Increased collaboration with NWL NHS Trusts
Browse the details of our how are we structured, including collaborative decision-making with other NHS Trust in NW London. You can find links to our board, the board in common and collective resources to provide better care, for more people, more fairly.
