CARES Week: Reconnecting with our Trust values
Our Trust is holding 'CARES Week,' this week (Monday 9 Friday 13 October) in a bid to deepen our connection with the core values that define our organisation.
CARES Week marks an opportunity to rediscover and celebrate what it means to be part of #TeamHillingdon. During this week, we aim to dive into the essence of our CARES values, recognising our strengths, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Members of staff from our People and Organisational Development Team will be taking the opportunity to engage with staff across various departments within the Trust, at both Hillingdon and Mount Vernon. They will be making visits to spark conversations, gather insights, and hear your personal stories. This initiative will feature walkabouts, stands in the Trust restaurants, podcasts, webinars and much more. It's all about fostering human connections and nurturing the culture we envision for our organisation.
Together, our aim is to make The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust a truely great place to work.
