Timeline

 

  • 2025-2028: Preparing the site for construction including demolitions and temporary service relocations

  • 2026: Contractor selection and onboarded

  • 2027: Updated planning application submitted to Hillingdon Council and Outline Business Case Submitted to the Treasury

  • 2028: Full Business Case submitted to the Treasury

  • 2028 onwards: Appointed builder for new hospital begins preparatory works and construction
