There are many different resources that you may find useful, especially when you are discharged from hospital.
Please ensure your bedside nurse has given you a copy of your baby's hospital diary.
Also please see the neonatal booklet (INSERT LINK once decision made how to upload padlet details) as this has lots of information about our unit and support for once you go home.
