About us
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was established in 2011 and provides health services at two hospitals in North West London: Hillingdon and Mount Vernon.
Why we need a new hospital
Parts of the current hospital date back as far as the 1940s and 80% of the estate will require repair or replacement soon.  Without significant investment, the estate will continue to deteriorate until the delivery of modern healthcare on the site is no longer possible.

Plans for a new hospital

The Strategic Outline Case identifies a preferred way forward for the redevelopment of Hillingdon Hospital involving a full rebuild on the Hillingdon Hospital site. This follows a comprehensive assessment of options.

The preferred way forward delivers a new, high-quality, purpose built facility, designed for an integrated health and social care system.
