Are you interested in a career in maternity?

The Trust will be holding a maternity open day on Monday 4 September at Hillingdon Hospital, for anyone who is interested in a career in midwifery or simply wants to find out a bit more about jobs that are available in a maternity department.

It will run from 9am until 5pm in the Education Centre. There is no need to register, simply pop by for an opportunity to meet some of our fantastic staff and find out whether our Trust might be the place for you.

You will also have an opportunity to learn more about our electronic patient record system, and if you are interested in joining ‘team Hillingdon’ members of our Recruitment Team will be on hand to help you through the process.

We currently have several posts available, including for:

  • newly qualified midwives and preceptee midwives

  • maternity support workers

  • rotational band 6 midwives

  • experienced bank band 6 midwives

  • any nurses who might be interested in moving into a career in midwifery.

If this sounds like you, please get in touch. You can also apply for a role by visiting trac jobs and searching for "Maternity Open Day - Hillingdon" if you would like the opportunity to interview at the open day. Alternatively, you can bring your CV and paperwork on the day and our friendly HR Team will be happy to help.

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Curlene Wilson at curlene.wilson@nhs.net or Melissa Quince at melissa.quince@nhs.net.
