Celebrating our new Registered Nursing Associates
Congratulations to our latest Student Nursing Associates who have successfully completed their apprenticeship programme and are now Registered Nursing Associates.
Graduating on 14 July, this is the second nursing associate cohort to qualify through the Trust, reflecting our continued commitment to developing our workforce and creating rewarding career pathways for our staff.
The celebrations were made even more special as Krishna Sharma received the prestigious Apprentice of the Year Award, recognising their outstanding dedication and achievement throughout the programme (pictured right).
Nursing Associates play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, and their success demonstrates the Trust's investment in growing talent from within to meet the evolving needs of our patients and communities.
The journey doesn't stop here. Staff can continue their professional development through opportunities such as the Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeship, with five colleagues currently being supported by the Trust on this next step of their nursing career.
