Mobility support for patients
There is a service which supports patients who might have mobility challenges - and it is now available at our Trust.
Patients who might need to visit one of our hospitals regularly and could benefit from alternatives to driving or being driven - but who might need extra help using public transport - might find the Hubs Mobility Service could be the answer.
