Redevelopment of Hillingdon Hospital given green light
The redevelopment of Hillingdon Hospital has been approved following a review of the New Hospitals Programme. The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Wes Streeting, announced that The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will be in wave 1 of the scheme, with construction of the new hospital expected between 2025 and 2030.
The redevelopment will allow us to create a state-of-the-art hospital for the residents of Hillingdon, and beyond, which supports the very best in delivery of healthcare. A new Hillingdon Hospital will be a digitally enhanced building which is sustainable and fit for the future.
